About the Role BuDhaGirl is seeking an experienced Wholesale Account Executive to join our growing luxury brand and wholesale team. In this role, you'll be able to make a significant impact as you navigate the complex world of luxury retail, finding the right Wholesale Clients where our brand will appeal to consumers. Our ideal candidate is a dynamic individual who thrives in the ever-changing fashion landscape, with a strong desire to build relationships that attract new clients and a genuine love for the art of fashion. As the Wholesale Account Executive, you will lead sales efforts, tasked with identifying new wholesale opportunities and building relationships with key players in untapped markets. Your authentic representation and enthusiasm will help showcase the BuDhaGirl brand in these emerging markets, contributing to our ongoing success in the luxury lifestyle market. Day to Day Responsibilities * Grow our Wholesale client base, both new and existing accounts, by identifying opportunities and building meaningful relationships that will promote the BuDhaGirl brand. * Use your sales expertise to develop warm and cold leads in targeted geographical areas. * Handle the full life cycle of the sale from lead to client onboarding and nurturing the relationship post-sale. * Using your knowledge of the industry and brand awareness, assess Wholesalers for their fit for the BuDhaGirl brand. * Stay attuned to industry trends and understand the luxury fashion landscape, ensuring BuDhaGirl is aligned within the marketplace. * Attend trade shows (3-4 per year) and visit different markets to expand our presence. * Identify potential clients and assess their fit for the BuDhaGirl brand. * Maintain an up-to-date record of all sales pipelines and prospects in our CRM (Zoho), ensuring accurate forecasting. * Generate weekly progress reports for senior management to keep them informed of sales progress, wins, opportunities, and challenges. * Arrange and participate in sales meetings and wholesale events, effectively conveying BuDhaGirl's offerings and unique story. * Bring a brand ambassador mindset to your sales with a deep understanding of our products and value proposition. Qualifications * A track record of 3-5 years in sales, ideally within luxury consumer goods, showcasing your ability to hit a sales quota. * Knowledgeable about luxury retail and brand building, with a marketing background being a plus. * Possess the ability to recognize where the BuDhaGirl brand fits into the market based on its aesthetic and style. * Exceptional skills in building and nurturing relationships with a well-established network in the luxury fashion industry. * A self-driven individual committed to consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets. * Bring a professional, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor to every interaction. * Demonstrate strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail. * Possess outstanding presentation skills to effectively communicate the value of BuDhaGirl. * Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas and information effectively. * Foster team cohesion and collaboration, contributing positively to our work environment. * Embrace challenges as opportunities, showcasing your ability to think critically and find creative solutions. * While not required, bilingual skills in Spanish and French would be a valuable asset. Compensation $55,000 - $65,000 base + commission.
