About the Role The Wholesale Account Coordinator plays an instrumental role in the success of the Wholesale Account Team reporting directly to the President/COO. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the wholesale team as well as serving as a liaison between the team and other departments, such as finance and customer service. The Coordinator will also serve as a point of contact for wholesale accounts and will be responsible for onboarding new accounts, compiling reports, identifying any order issues, and following up on billing and order issues. This is a customer-facing role for BuDhaGirl, handling telephone, online, and in-person interactions with our wholesale customers. Day to Day Responsibilities * Support market preparation and showroom set-up, ensuring an appealing presentation to customers. * Collaborate with Account Executives to drive sales and enhance customer service initiatives. * Assemble sales packages for customers, including sample boxes, and facilitate new product launches. * Conduct reporting analysis, utilizing basic retail math skills to provide insights and recommendations. * Efficiently and accurately receive and input customer orders into company software. * Respond promptly to customer emails and calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively. * Communicate company policies and procedures to customers shopping within our wholesale division. * Collaborate with the VP of Operations and the fulfillment team, utilizing various transportation management systems to input shipment data. * Ensure the highest level of customer service and follow-through on orders and deliveries, maintaining customer satisfaction. Qualifications: * 1-2 years experience in a related field or similar role * A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field * Exceptional organizational, verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail * A customer-oriented, self-starter attitude * Passionate about fashion * Willingness to complete assigned duties with a quick turnaround * Must be adaptable to changing priorities and varied responsibilities * Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required. Salary is $45,000- $50,000 Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5 PM
