• Assisting customers with their parts and accessories needs in a professional and timely manner.
• Answering phone calls with proper phone etiquette and assist to customer's request.
• Responding to email parts request for pricing and availability on a timely manner
• Notify customers on parts arrivals, shortages, or damage discrepancies.
• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Create a partner relationship with wholesale customers and contribute to the success of their business with a serviceable attitude and willingness mindset.
• Provide constant updates to wholesale customers about their orders and deliveries.
• Handling payment on parts and accessories sales while ensuring all parts are billed correctly.
• Pulling parts and accessories orders for retail and wholesale customers
• Re-stocking boutique accessories onto display floor as needed.
• Generating purchase orders for parts purchases from outside suppliers
• Assist in physical inventory count and cycle count.
• Keep work area and department area clean and organize.
• Ensure Parts Department security for all parts and sensitive document.

Job Type: Full-time / Pay: From $45,000- $100,000
